Learn Bayesian Statistics with Prof. Mel Slater – Watch the Course Recordings

19–23 October 2026 | Free Online Course | Prof. Mel Slater

The META-TOO project is pleased to host the online course “Bayesian Methods in Statistics: From Concepts to Practice”, delivered by Prof. Mel Slater, Distinguished Investigator at the University of Barcelona and Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society.

The five-day course introduces participants to probability and statistics from a Bayesian perspective, focusing on practical applications and fundamental concepts without requiring advanced mathematical knowledge.

Based on Prof. Slater’s book Bayesian Methods in Statistics: From Concepts to Practice, the course explores Bayesian inference through real-world examples and practical approaches to statistical analysis.
